3 bacon strips
1 oz cheddar cheese

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Bacon Weave:
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Lay the bacon strips in the skillet, weaving them together to form a small bacon mat. To do this, lay one strip down horizontally, then weave the other two strips vertically over and under the horizontal strip.

- Pour out most of the bacon grease from the skillet, leaving just a thin layer to cook the egg.
- Return the skillet to medium-low heat and pour in the beaten egg.

- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the egg.
- Continue cooking the egg until the cheese melts and the egg is fully set. Carefully slide the omelette out of the skillet and onto a plate.
3. Assemble the Sandwich:
- Place the crispy bacon weave on top of the omelette, or you can put the omelette on top of the bacon weave, whichever presentation you prefer.
