- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

3. Cook the Beef:

4. Cook the Onion:

5. Combine and Heat Through:
- Return the cooked potatoes and beef to the skillet with the onions. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat everything through, stirring occasionally.
6. Add the Eggs:
- Pour the lightly beaten eggs over the hash mixture in the skillet.
- Stir constantly until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled into the hash, about 2-3 minutes.
