Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Meatloaf Mixture:

4. Prepare the Filling:
- In a separate bowl, combine the sautéed spinach mixture with the crumbled goat cheese and chopped rosemary. Mix well.
5. Assemble the Meatloaf:
- On a piece of parchment paper or wax paper, spread the meatloaf mixture into a large, flat rectangle, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Evenly distribute the spinach and goat cheese filling over the meatloaf mixture, leaving a small border around the edges.
6. Roll the Meatloaf:
- Carefully roll the meatloaf mixture, starting from one of the shorter ends, into a tight log, encasing the filling inside.
- Transfer the rolled meatloaf to a greased baking dish, seam-side down.

8. Rest and Serve:
