- Saute the onions for about 3-5 minutes, or until they become soft and translucent.
3. Add Cherry Tomatoes:
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the saucepan.
- Stir well to combine the onions and tomatoes.
4. Incorporate Vinegar and Sugar:
- Pour in the 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
- Add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
- Stir everything together to ensure the tomatoes get a sweet and tangy flavor.
5. Season and Simmer:
- Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of dried oregano.
- Stir to make sure the oregano is evenly distributed.
