Instructions:

1. Soak the Oats:

- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator to soak overnight, or for at least 4 hours.
2. Prepare the Apple:
- Just before serving, wash and grate the apple. You can leave the skin on for added texture and nutrients, if you prefer.
3. Mix It All Together:
- Take the soaked oats out of the refrigerator.
- Add the grated apple, 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt, and 1 tsp of vanilla extract to the oats. Stir thoroughly to combine all the ingredients.
4. Add the Nuts and Seeds:
- Chop the 1/2 cup of hazelnuts and 1/3 cup of pistachio nuts roughly. Add them to the bowl of oat mixture.
- Stir in the 1 tbsp of sesame seeds and 1 tsp of cinnamon. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
5. Sweeten the Muesli:
- Drizzle 1/4 cup of honey over the mixture. Stir well to ensure the honey is evenly distributed throughout the muesli.
