Instructions:

1. Prepare the Beef:

3. Sauté the Vegetables:
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter.

- Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
7. Finish with Sour Cream:
