- Wash the strawberries and blueberries thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries.
2. Layer the Parfait:
- Begin with a tall glass or a parfait dish.
- Spoon a couple of tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of the glass, spreading it evenly.
3. Add Granola:
- Sprinkle a layer of granola over the yogurt, using about a quarter of a cup.
4. Layer the Berries:
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries and blueberries on top of the granola.
5. Drizzle Honey:
- Drizzle a teaspoon of honey over the layer of berries.
6. Repeat the Layers:
- Repeat the layering process by adding more Greek yogurt, granola, berries, and honey until you have used all the ingredients or reached the top of your glass.
7. Top It Off:
- Finish with a final dollop of Greek yogurt, a sprinkle of granola, and a few remaining berries for garnish.
- Drizzle the remaining honey on top.
8. Serve:
