3. Deglaze with White Wine:
- Pour in the white wine to deglaze the pan. Stir to scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
- Let the mixture cook for about 2-3 minutes until the wine reduces slightly.
4. Add Cabbage:
- Stir in the shredded cabbage and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until the cabbage starts to soften.
- If needed, cover the pan with a lid to help the cabbage cook down, stirring occasionally.

- Once the cabbage is mostly softened, add the peas to the pan.
