Chicken muffins

- Cut the chicken thighs into small chunks.

Place the chicken chunks in a food processor and pulse until finely ground. If you don’t have a food processor, you can mince the chicken as finely as possible with a knife.
4. Mix Dry Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the multi-grain oatmeal, ground cumin, dried thyme, mustard seeds, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well to ensure the spices are evenly distributed.
5. Combine Ingredients:
Add the ground chicken, finely chopped onion, and celery to the bowl of dry ingredients. Crack in the egg, and use clean hands or a sturdy spatula to mix everything together until well combined.
