Easy herb butter bombs

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
220g
2 garlic cloves
6g
2 tbsp chives
30g
1 tbsp fresh parsley

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Butter:
- Ensure the butter is at room temperature. If it isn't, leave it out for about 30 minutes or until it’s soft enough to merge easily with the other ingredients.
2. Mince the Garlic:
- Peel the garlic cloves and mince them finely. You can use a garlic press for a finer mince or chop it by hand with a sharp knife.
3. Chop the Herbs:
- Finely chop the chives and fresh parsley. Make sure the pieces are small enough to blend well with the butter.
4. Mixing Ingredients:
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, chives, and parsley.
- Use a fork or a spatula to mix everything thoroughly until the ingredients are evenly distributed throughout the butter.
5. Forming the Butter Bombs:
- Lay a piece of parchment paper or plastic wrap on a flat surface.
- Scoop the herb butter mixture onto the paper, shaping it into a log or any preferred shape.
- Wrap the butter tightly in the paper or plastic wrap, twisting the ends to seal.
6. Chilling the Butter:
- Place the wrapped butter log in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or until it’s firm and easy to slice.
7. Using the Herb Butter Flavor Bombs:
- Once the butter is firm, slice it into smaller, usable portions or "bombs."
- Store the herb butter bombs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
