3. Form the Cheese Mounds:
- Spoon the grated Parmesan cheese onto the prepared baking sheet, making small mounds. Use about 1 tablespoon of cheese per mound.
- Space the mounds evenly apart, as the cheese will spread as it melts. Aim for about 1-2 inches (2.5-5 cm) of spacing between each mound for even cooking and to ensure they don't merge together.
4. Flatten the Mounds:
- Gently flatten each mound with the back of the spoon to form thin circles. Try to make them as uniform in thickness as possible for even baking.
5. Bake the Snacks:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the Parmesan crisps turn golden and bubbly. Keep a close eye on them, as they can go from perfectly golden to burnt very quickly.
6. Cool and Crisp:
