Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lemon Juice:
- If you're using fresh lemons, squeeze enough lemons to get 1 cup (200 grams) of lemon juice. Strain the juice to remove any seeds.
2. Muddle the Raspberries:
- Place the 1/3 cup (50 grams) of raspberries in a bowl. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to crush the raspberries and release their juices. This will give your lemonade its pink color.
3. Combine Ingredients:
- In a large pitcher, pour in the 1 cup of lemon juice.
- Add the muddled raspberries to the lemon juice. Ensure to include all the raspberry juice from the bowl.
- Add in the 1 tablespoon (16 grams) of sugar.
- Pour in the 2 cups (500 grams) of water.
4. Mix Well:
- Stir the mixture thoroughly until the sugar is completely dissolved. Ensure that the raspberries are well incorporated into the lemonade.
5. Slice the Lemon:
- Wash the remaining lemon (110 grams) and cut it into thin slices or wedges. Add these slices to the pitcher for garnish and extra flavor.
6. Chill and Serve:
- Place the pitcher in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to chill. Alternatively, serve immediately over ice if you prefer your lemonade cold right away.
7. Serve:
- Pour the fresh pink lemonade into glasses, ensuring that each glass gets a few pieces of the raspberry bits and lemon slices for a beautiful presentation.
8. Optional Garnish:
- For an added touch, garnish each glass with a fresh lemon slice, a couple of raspberries, and a sprig of mint.
