Ingredients:

1 cup greek yogurt

1 tbsp honey
10g
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of Greek yogurt with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly using a spoon or whisk until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
2. Add the Raspberries:
- Gently fold in 1/2 cup of raspberries into the yogurt mixture. Try not to overmix; it’s okay if the raspberries get slightly crushed and create a swirled effect.
3. Fill the Molds:
- Spoon the yogurt mixture into ice pop molds, filling them up to the top. If you don’t have ice pop molds, you can use small paper cups.
- Insert the ice pop sticks into the center of the filled molds. If using paper cups, cover the tops with a small piece of aluminum foil and poke the sticks through the foil to help them stand upright.
4. Freeze:
- Place the filled molds in the freezer. Allow them to freeze completely, which typically takes about 4-6 hours. For best results, leave them overnight.
5. Serving:
- Once the lollipops are fully frozen, remove them from the molds. If you're using paper cups, you can just peel the paper away.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing frozen yogurt lollipops!
