Instructions:

- Clean and slice the mushrooms.
- Mince the garlic cloves.
- Finely chop the fresh parsley and chives.
- Grate the lemon to obtain the zest.
2. Sautéing Mushrooms:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet.
- Once melted and hot, add the minced garlic. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
3. Cooking the Mushrooms:
- Add the sliced mushrooms into the skillet.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender and browned, approximately 5-7 minutes.
4. Adding Herbs and Zest:
- Once the mushrooms are nicely browned, add in the chopped parsley and chives.
- Stir to combine and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
5. Final Touch:
- Sprinkle the 2 tablespoons of lemon zest over the mushrooms.
- Stir to evenly distribute the zest throughout the dish.
