Ingredients:

4 sweet potatos
1/2 cup sour cream
4 bacon strips
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup scallions
Sweet potato mash

Instructions:

1. Preheat Your Oven:

2. Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:

3. Cook the Sweet Potatoes:

5. Mash the Sweet Potatoes:
- Drain the sweet potatoes thoroughly and return them to the pot.
- Use a potato masher or an electric mixer to mash the sweet potatoes until smooth.

6. Combine Ingredients:
- Stir in the sour cream, ensuring it's fully incorporated into the sweet potato mash.
- Mix in half of the grated Parmesan cheese and half of the crumbled bacon.
