Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Wash the spinach leaves and cilantro (coriander leaves) thoroughly.
- Peel and chop the mangoes into chunks if using fresh mangoes. If using frozen mango chunks, measure out the required amount.
- Finely chop the onion and cucumber.
- Seed and finely chop the jalapeno pepper.
- Grate the lemon zest if you haven’t done so already.
- Squeeze fresh limes to obtain lime juice, or use pre-squeezed lime juice.
2. Blend Base Ingredients:
- In a blender, pour in the 1.5 cups of water.
- Add the cup of spinach to the blender.
- Blend these ingredients on high until the mixture is smooth and no large spinach pieces remain.
3. Add Flavor Components:
- Add the chopped onion, cucumber, coriander leaves, and jalapeno pepper to the blender.
- Sprinkle in the lemon zest and pour in the lime juice.
- Add the 1/4 teaspoon of salt and 1/8 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- Blend the mixture again until smooth and well combined.
4. Add the Mango:
- Finally, add the 3 cups of mango chunks to the smoothie mixture in the blender.
- Blend on high until the smoothie reaches a creamy and smooth consistency. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender a few times to ensure everything is fully incorporated.
