Ingredients:

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Finely chop the onion.
- Grate the zucchini and squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
- Grate the carrot.
2. Combine Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, add the ground pork.
- Add the finely chopped onion, grated zucchini, and grated carrot to the bowl.
- Sprinkle the salt over the mixture.
3. Mix the Meatball Mixture:
- Using your hands or a spoon, thoroughly combine all the ingredients until they are evenly mixed.
4. Form the Meatballs:
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them between your hands to form meatballs. Aim for meatballs that are about 1-1.5 inches in diameter for even cooking.
5. Cook the Meatballs:
- You can either fry, bake, or cook the meatballs in a sauce:

Frying:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Once hot, place the meatballs in the skillet, leaving some space between each one.
- Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally to brown all sides, until the meatballs are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
6. Serve:
- Serve the meatballs hot with your choice of sides, such as spaghetti, rice, mashed potatoes, or a fresh salad. Enjoy!

Tips:

- Make sure to finely chop the vegetables so they blend well with the ground pork.

- You can add breadcrumbs or an egg to help bind the mixture if needed.
