3. Cook the Bananas:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Once the skillet is hot, lightly coat it with a short spray of cooking spray oil.
4. Fry the Bananas:
- Place the banana slices in the skillet in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even cooking. You might need to do this in batches if your skillet isn’t big enough.
