5. Blend the Soup:
- Carefully transfer the soup to a blender or use an immersion blender directly in the pan.
- Add the 1/4 cup of coriander leaves to the soup.
- Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chunkier consistency, blend less.
