1 apple

3 carrots

Instructions:

- Pineapple: Cut off the top, bottom, and outer skin. Slice the pineapple in half and remove the core. Cut the half into smaller chunks.
- Apple: Rinse the apple thoroughly. Cut into quarters and remove the core and seeds. Cutting into smaller pieces may help if you're using a standard juicer.
- Carrots: Rinse the carrots to remove any dirt. Peel them if they are not organic. Cut off the ends and chop them into smaller pieces.
- Celery: Rinse the stalk of celery thoroughly. Cut into smaller segments for easier juicing.
2. Juicing
- Turn on your juicer.
- Feed the pineapple chunks, apple quarters, carrot pieces, and celery segments into the juicer one at a time. Alternate between different ingredients to prevent any one ingredient from clogging the machine.
- Allow the juicer to extract all the juice before turning it off.
3. Serving
