- Measure out 1 cup of apple juice.
- Measure 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt.
2. Make Raspberry Puree:
- In a blender, add the 2 cups of raspberries.
- Pour in the 1 cup of apple juice.
- Blend until smooth and well combined, creating a thick raspberry puree.
3. Chill the Mixture (Optional):
- For an extra refreshing frappe, consider chilling the raspberry puree. Pour it into an ice cube tray and freeze until solid if time allows. This step is optional but recommended for a frostier drink.
4. Blend the Final Frappe:
- If you froze the raspberry puree, add the frozen cubes back into the blender. If not, proceed with the fresh puree.
- Add the 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt to the blender.
- Blend everything once more until smooth and creamy.
5. Swirl Effect:
- To create a beautiful swirl effect, pour a bit of the raspberry-yogurt mixture into your serving glass.
- Then, tilt the glass slightly and slowly pour more of the mixture, allowing it to swirl around the inside of the glass.
