300g

200g
3 apples
480g

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fruit Mixture:
- Combine the blueberries, raspberries, chopped apples, and water in a large saucepan.
2. Cook the Fruit:
- Place the saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the fruits are soft and have released their juices, about 10-15 minutes.
3. Blend the Mixture:
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Use an immersion blender to puree the fruit mixture until smooth. Alternatively, you can carefully transfer the mixture to a countertop blender and blend until smooth. Return the mixture to the saucepan if you used a countertop blender.
4. Add Gelatin:
- While the fruit mixture is still warm, sprinkle the gelatin powder evenly over the surface.
- Let it sit for a minute to bloom (absorb the liquid).
5. Dissolve the Gelatin:
- Stir the gelatin into the fruit mixture until fully dissolved.
- Add the orange juice to the mixture and stir well to combine.
6. Cook Further:
- Return the saucepan to medium heat and cook, stirring continuously, for another 5 minutes. Do not let the mixture boil; just ensure the gelatin is completely dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
7. Mold the Jellies:
- Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds or a lined baking dish for later cutting.
- Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before transferring it to the refrigerator.
8. Set in the Refrigerator:
- Place the molds or baking dish in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until the jellies are fully set and firm.
9. Remove from Molds:
- Once set, remove the jellies from their molds or cut into desired shapes if using a baking dish.
- Serve immediately or store the jellies in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Tips:

- Ensure all fruits are ripe and fresh for the best flavor and nutritional value.

- If you prefer a sweeter jelly, consider adding a natural sweetener like honey or maple syrup.

- When blending fruits, make sure to blend until smooth to avoid any chunks in the final jelly.

- Use a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds from the raspberries if you prefer a smoother texture.

- Allow the gelatin mixture to cool slightly before adding the fruit purée to retain the color and nutritional properties of the fruits.

Making real fruit jellies is a simple and enjoyable way to indulge in a healthy dessert. By using fresh, natural ingredients, not only do you get to savor the authentic taste of fruits, but you also benefit from their nutritional goodness.
