Instructions:

1. Prepare Your Ingredients:
- Wash the strawberries, apple, beet, and raspberries thoroughly under running water.
- Hull the strawberries (remove the green tops).
- Core the apple and cut it into smaller pieces.
- Peel the beet and cut it into small chunks.
- Peel the bananas and cut each into smaller pieces.
- Peel and grate the ginger root.
- Slice the avocado and remove the pit.
- Rinse the spearmint leaves gently.
2. Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender, combine the strawberries, water, apple pieces, beet chunks, raspberries, bananas, grated ginger root, and avocado.
- Add the spearmint leaves into the blender.
3. Blend Until Smooth:
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
- If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more water to achieve your desired consistency.
