2. Prepare the Tomatoes:
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes thoroughly under cold water, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Spread the tomatoes evenly on a baking sheet.

3. Spray the Tomatoes:
- Lightly spray the cooking spray oil over the tomatoes. Ensure they're evenly coated.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
4. Roast the Tomatoes:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven.
- Roast the tomatoes for about 15–20 minutes, or until they start to blister and soften.
- Once roasted, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
5. Prepare the Avocado:
- While the tomatoes are cooling, cut the avocado in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop the avocado flesh out with a spoon and cut it into slices.
6. Combine Ingredients:
- Transfer the roasted tomatoes to a serving bowl.
