Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
4 cups water
1 cinnamon stick
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dried coriander
2 cups basmati rice
1/3 cup dried apricots
10 oz ground beef (80/20%)
1 tsp salt
1/3 cup spearmint
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 cup pine nuts
1/3 cup pistachio nuts

Instructions:
