2. Cook the Rice:
- Rinse 1½ cups (300g) of white rice under cold water until the water runs clear. This helps remove excess starch and prevents the rice from becoming too sticky.
- Add the rinsed rice to a medium saucepan.
- Pour in 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan with a lid, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the water has been absorbed.
- Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for another 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork before serving.
3. Cook the Chicken:
- Heat a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated chicken thighs to the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary to avoid overcrowding the pan.
- Cook each side for about 6-8 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Optional: After cooking, sprinkle some sesame seeds on the chicken for added flavor and crunch.

- Serve the cooked chicken thighs on a plate.
