- Cut the tomato into a thick, even slice.
- Mince the garlic clove finely.
- Wash and pat dry the basil leaves.
2. Toast the Bread:

- Brush one side of each slice of multi-grain bread with olive oil.
3. Garlic Infusion:
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with the remaining olive oil.
- Brush the garlic-oil mixture onto the oiled side of the bread slices.
