1.50 tsp salt
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp olive oil
2 onions
3 carrots
2 tsp bay leaf
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 garlic cloves
2 tsp dill
6.50 cups water
3 potatoes
2 sprig fresh parsley
