Instructions:

1. Preparation:
- Wash all the vegetables and the apple thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or residue.
- Carrots: If desired, peel the carrots to remove the outer skin. Chop them into smaller pieces suitable for your juicer or blender.
- Cucumber: Peel the cucumber if it has a thick skin, otherwise, you can leave it unpeeled. Cut it into smaller chunks.
- Beet: Peel the beet to remove the outer skin and chop it into small pieces.
- Apple: Cut the apple in half, remove the core and seeds, and chop it into smaller pieces.
2. Juicing Process:
- Using a Juicer:
1. Turn on the juicer and start feeding the carrot pieces through the shoot.
2. Follow with the cucumber chunks, beet pieces, and finally the apple chunks.
3. Collect the juice in a large glass or container.
- Using a Blender:
1. Place the carrot pieces, cucumber chunks, beet pieces, and apple chunks into the blender.
2. Add a small amount of water (about 1/4 cup) to help the blending process.
3. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth.
4. Pour the blended mixture through a strainer into a glass or container, using a spoon to press and extract as much juice as possible from the pulp. You might need to do this in batches.
3. Serve:
- Pour the freshly extracted veggie juice into a glass or jar.
- Optionally, you can chill it in the refrigerator for a few minutes if you prefer a colder beverage.
4. Enjoy:
- Drink the juice immediately to benefit from all its nutrients and fresh flavors.
