3. Add Butter and Fluff:
- After the couscous has absorbed the gravy, add the 2 tbsp of butter.
- Using a fork, fluff the couscous gently to separate the grains and incorporate the butter.
4. Mix in Additional Ingredients:
- Stir in the 1/2 cup of sliced olives and the 2 tbsp of lemon zest, mixing thoroughly to combine.
5. Garnish and Serve:
- Just before serving, sprinkle the 2 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley over the top of the couscous.
