Ingredients:

1.50 cups greek yogurt
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup raspberries
3 passion fruits
Frozen yoghurt pops

Frozen yogurt pops are a refreshing and healthy treat, perfect for cooling down on a hot day. This recipe combines creamy Greek yogurt with the natural sweetness of raspberries and the tangy flavor of passion fruits to create a delicious frozen dessert that the whole family will enjoy.

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Fruit:
- Cut each passion fruit in half and scoop out the pulp into a bowl. If you prefer a smoother texture, you can strain the pulp through a fine mesh sieve to remove the seeds. Set aside.
2. Blend the Ingredients:
- In a blender or food processor, combine the raspberries, Greek yogurt, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
3. Combine the Mixtures:
- Pour the yogurt and raspberry mixture into a mixing bowl.
- Add the passion fruit pulp to the bowl and stir well to combine all the flavors evenly.
4. Fill the Molds:
- Carefully pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a small gap at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.
- If using separate popsicle sticks, insert them into the center of each mold.
5. Freeze:
- Place the filled popsicle molds into the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until fully solid.
6. Enjoy:
- To remove the frozen yogurt pops from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to loosen them.
- Gently pull the pops out and enjoy your refreshing treat!

Tips:

- Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture. However, low-fat or non-fat yogurt can be used if you prefer.

- For a smoother consistency, you can blend the raspberries and passion fruit pulp before mixing them with the yogurt.

- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to your taste. You can also substitute sugar with honey or agave syrup for a natural sweetener.

- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and tap them gently on the counter to remove any air bubbles before freezing.

- Run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to help release the frozen pops easily once they are fully set.

- For added texture and flavor, sprinkle in some granola or chopped nuts before freezing.

Enjoy your homemade frozen yogurt pops as a guilt-free dessert or snack. Their vibrant color and delightful taste are sure to impress both kids and adults alike. With just a handful of ingredients, these frozen treats are easy to make and even easier to enjoy.
