Instructions:

1. Brew the Tea:
- In a large pot, heat 5 cups of water until boiling.
- Once boiling, remove the pot from heat and add in the spearmint leaves.
- Allow the mint to steep for about 10 minutes, then remove the leaves using a slotted spoon or strain the tea into another container.
- Let the mint tea cool to room temperature.
2. Prepare the Passion Fruit:
- Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop out the pulp and seeds into a small bowl.
- Set aside.
3. Mix the Lemon and Orange Juice:
- In a large pitcher, combine the 1/2 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup orange juice.
- Pour the cooled sugar syrup into the pitcher and stir well.
- Add the prepared passion fruit pulp and seeds.
4. Combine Everything:
- Pour the cooled mint tea into the pitcher with the fruit juices and syrup.
- Stir well to combine all the flavors.
5. Add Lemon Slices:
- Thinly slice the lemon and add the slices to the pitcher.
6. Chill and Serve:
- Refrigerate the iced tea for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
- Before serving, fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled Lemon, Mint, and Passionfruit Iced Tea over the ice cubes in each glass.
7. Garnish and Enjoy:
- Optionally, garnish each glass with a sprig of mint or a lemon slice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing homemade iced tea!

Tips:

- For a stronger mint flavor, gently crush the mint leaves before adding them to the mix.

- If you prefer a less sweet tea, you can reduce the amount of sugar or use a natural sweetener like honey or agave syrup.

- To enhance the citrus flavor, add thin slices of lemon and orange into the tea.

- Chill the tea in the refrigerator for a few hours before serving to ensure it's perfectly cold.

- Use fresh passion fruits for a more intense and authentic taste.

Making lemon, mint, and passionfruit iced tea is simple and rewarding, providing a satisfying drink that is both flavorful and invigorating. With a few fresh ingredients and some easy steps, you can enjoy a homemade iced tea that is perfect for relaxing by the pool, hosting a summer get-together, or simply cooling down on a sunny day.
