3. Chill the Mixture:
- Place the mixture into the refrigerator for about 1–2 hours to let it chill and thicken slightly.
4. Prepare the Glasses:
- While the mixture is chilling, prepare your serving glasses. Ensure they are clean and ready to hold the sherbet spider.
5. Create the Sherbet Spider:
- After the mixture has chilled, take it out of the refrigerator.
- Fill each glass about halfway with the chilled buttermilk and yogurt mixture.
6. Add Fizz and Flavor:
- Carefully pour about 1/2 cup of cranberry juice into each glass.
- Slowly add sparkling water to each glass until it almost reaches the top. The sparkling water will create the 'spider' effect with the mixture fizzing and frothing.
