4. Spread the Puree:
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Pour the thickened fruit puree onto the sheet and spread it out evenly using a spatula. Aim for a thin, uniform layer, about 1/8 inch thick.
5. Dry the Puree:
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Let the fruit mixture dry out for approximately 4-6 hours. The exact time will depend on your oven and the thickness of the puree layer.
