Instructions:

1. Preparation:
- Thinly slice the beef into manageable strips.
- Wash and thinly slice the red bell peppers and cucumbers.
- Rinse the mung beans if needed.
- Roughly chop the cashews.
- Wash and dry the basil leaves.
2. Cook the Beef:
- Season the thinly sliced beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef slices to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes until the beef is cooked through and slightly browned. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Prepare the Dressing:
- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, brown sugar, and fish sauce.
- Stir until the sugar is thoroughly dissolved and the mixture is well combined.
4. Assemble the Salad:
