- Peel the banana and cut it into chunks.
- If your pineapple isn’t already prepared, peel and core it, then chop it into pieces.
- Peel half an orange and separate it into segments, removing any seeds.
2. Combine Ingredients:
- Add the banana chunks, blackberries, pineapple pieces, orange segments, and almond milk into a blender.
3. Add Protein Powder:
- Measure out one scoop of whey protein powder (30g) and add it to the blender.
4. Blend:
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until smooth. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
- If the smoothie is too thick, you can add a bit more almond milk until the desired consistency is reached.
