- Peel and finely mince the garlic cloves.
- Rinse the parsley and roughly chop the leaves.
- Rinse the cherry tomatoes and half them.
- Core, seed, and cut the red pepper into thin strips.

- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
