- Hull and slice the strawberries into smaller pieces. Set aside.
2. Whip the Cream:
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream.
- Use an electric mixer or a hand whisk to beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form.
3. Mix the Yogurt Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, orange zest, and powdered sugar.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until fully incorporated and smooth. This will give you a light and fluffy texture for the parfait.
4. Assemble the Parfaits:
- Take 4-6 serving glasses or bowls.
- Start by adding a spoonful of the yogurt-cream mixture into the bottom of each glass.
- Add a layer of mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries) on top of the yogurt mixture.
- Repeat the layers by adding another spoonful of the yogurt-cream mixture followed by another layer of berries.
- Continue layering until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top for garnish.
