Ingredients:

2 tomatoes
1/2 red onion
2 red hot chili peppers
1 tbsp lime juice
Chunky dip

This chunky dip is a vibrant and flavorful addition to any gathering, perfect for serving with chips, veggies, or as a topping for your favorite dishes. Combining creamy avocados, juicy tomatoes, spicy red hot chili peppers, and zesty lime juice, this dip packs a punch in every bite.

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
- Avocados: Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the flesh out into a bowl using a spoon.
- Tomatoes: Wash the tomatoes and remove the cores. Chop them into small, bite-sized pieces.
- Red Onion: Peel and finely chop the half red onion.
- Red Hot Chili Peppers: Wash the chili peppers, cut off the stems, and finely chop them. For a milder dip, you can remove the seeds before chopping.
- Lime: Squeeze the lime to get 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice.
2. Combine Ingredients:
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add the avocado chunks. Use a fork to mash the avocado slightly, leaving some chunks for texture.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, red onion, and chili peppers to the bowl with the avocados.
3. Mix Together:
- Pour the lime juice over the combined ingredients. This will not only add flavor but also help prevent the avocados from browning.
- Gently mix all the ingredients together until they are evenly distributed. Be careful not to over-mix to maintain the chunkiness of the dip.
4. Taste and Adjust:
- Taste the dip and add salt and pepper to preference. You might also opt to add more lime juice or chili peppers according to your taste preference.
5. Serve:
- Transfer the chunky dip to a serving bowl. It's best served immediately to enjoy the fresh flavors but can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Tips:

- Choose ripe avocados that yield slightly to pressure for the best creamy texture.

- To easily dice the tomatoes, remove the seeds first to prevent the dip from becoming too watery.

- Wear gloves when chopping hot chili peppers to avoid irritation, and remove the seeds if you prefer a milder spice level.

- Add the lime juice immediately after dicing the avocados to prevent them from browning.

- For a more intense flavor, let the dip sit in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

With its vibrant colors and bold flavors, this chunky dip is sure to be a hit at your next gathering. Easy to make with fresh ingredients, it's a healthy and tasty option that everyone will enjoy.
