Instructions:

1. Prepare the Cilantro Lime Crema:
- Mince the garlic clove (3g) finely.
- In a medium bowl, combine the Greek yogurt (340g), minced garlic, coriander leaves (1g), lime juice (44g), ground cumin (1.50g), salt (0.40g), and black pepper (0.10g). Stir well until smooth and well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Prepare the Turkey Filling:
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil (14g).
- Add the finely chopped onion (160g) and sauté until translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic (3g) and cook for another 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the ground turkey (570g) to the skillet, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and fully cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the ground cumin (9g), paprika (4.20g), chili powder (5g), cinnamon (3.90g), salt (3g), and white pepper (1.20g). Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the spices are well incorporated and fragrant. Remove from heat.
3. Assemble the Lettuce Wraps:
- Lay out the lettuce leaves (150g) on a serving platter.
- Spoon the turkey mixture evenly into each lettuce leaf.
- Top each wrap with sliced avocado (200g) and quartered cherry tomatoes (77g).
4. Garnish and Serve:
- Drizzle the prepared cilantro lime crema over each lettuce wrap.
- Garnish with additional coriander leaves (1g).
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
