Ingredients:
1 cup couscous
1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes
3 oranges
2 shallots
1/3 cup hazelnuts
1 cup fresh parsley
12 oz salmon
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tsp spice mix

Instructions:
