1.50 cups walnuts
1 cup dried coconut meat
2 bananas
1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a bit of overhang on the sides for easy removal of the bars later.
2. Process the Walnuts: In a food processor, add 1.5 cups of walnuts. Pulse them until they are finely chopped. Be careful not to over-process, as you don’t want to turn them into walnut butter.
3. Add Coconut: Add the 1 cup of dried coconut meat to the food processor. Pulse it a few times to combine it well with the chopped walnuts.
4. Incorporate Bananas: Peel the 2 bananas and break them into chunks. Add the banana pieces to the food processor. Blend until the bananas are thoroughly mashed and mixed with the walnut and coconut mixture.
5. Add Flavoring: Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract and 1/2 tsp of salt to the mixture in the food processor. Blend again until everything is well combined, and the mixture has a dough-like consistency.

9. Cool and Slice: Once baked, remove the pan from the oven and allow it to cool completely on a wire rack. Once cooled, use the parchment paper overhang to lift the mixture out of the pan. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into bars of your desired size.
