3/4 cup greek yogurt
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup granola
1 tbsp honey

- Add half of the granola (about 60g) on top of the blueberries, spreading it evenly to form another distinct layer.
5. Repeat the Layers:
- Spoon the remaining Greek yogurt (90g) over the granola layer.
- Add the rest of the blueberries (38.5g) on top of the second yogurt layer.
6. Final Granola Layer:
- Cover the blueberries with the remaining granola (60g).
7. Drizzle with Honey:
- Finally, drizzle the tablespoon of honey (20g) evenly over the top of the parfait.
