- Grill or cook the chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and no longer pink in the center (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Remove the cooked chicken breast from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.
2. Prepare the Vegetables:
- Wash the lettuce leaves thoroughly and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Rinse the tomato and cut it into thin slices or small chunks, whichever you prefer.
3. Assemble the Wrap:
- Lay the tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise salad dressing evenly over the tortilla.
- Place the lettuce leaves on top of the tortilla.
- Add the sliced chicken breast on top of the lettuce.
