- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add 1 tbsp of butter to the skillet and let it melt.
- Add the corn kernels to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is tender and lightly browned. Stir occasionally.
- Once cooked, remove the corn from the skillet and set aside.
4. Preheat Skillet:
- In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium.
- Add the remaining 3.5 tbsp of butter and allow it to melt. Swirl the skillet to coat the bottom evenly.
