Instructions:

1. Prepare the Vegetables and Shrimp:

- Peel and devein the shrimps if not already done.

- In a large skillet or wok, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.
3. Cook the Broccoli:
- Add the broccoli florets to the skillet, stirring frequently. Cook for about 5-6 minutes until the broccoli starts to become tender but still crisp.
4. Season the Broccoli:
- Add the ground cumin, salt, black pepper, and chili powder to the skillet. Stir well to coat the broccoli evenly with the spices.
5. Cook the Shrimp:
- Push the broccoli to the edges of the skillet to create space in the center.
- Add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil in the center of the skillet.
- Add the shrimps to the center and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimps turn pink and are fully cooked.
6. Combine and Finish:
- Toss the broccoli back together with the shrimp ensuring everything is well mixed.
- Add the chopped coriander leaves and stir well to combine with the shrimp and broccoli.
7. Serve:
- Remove from heat and transfer the stir-fry to a serving dish.
- Garnish with lemon slices.
