Ingredients:

1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup spinach
1 banana
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp honey

Instructions:

1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Measure out 1/2 cup (120g) of almond milk.
- Measure 1/2 cup (77g) of frozen strawberries.
- Rinse and pat dry 1/2 cup (16g) of fresh spinach leaves.
- Peel and slice 1 medium banana (120g).
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out 1/2 (100g) of the avocado.
- Measure 2 tablespoons (40g) of honey.
2. Load the Blender:
- Pour the almond milk into the blender first. This will help other ingredients blend more smoothly.
- Add the spinach leaves to the blender.
- Follow with the sliced banana and frozen strawberries.
- Scoop in the half avocado.
- Drizzle the honey over the top of the other ingredients.
3. Blend the Smoothie:
- Secure the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes.
- Pause and scrape down the sides with a spatula if necessary to ensure all ingredients are well blended.
4. Serve:
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
