- Avocado: Scoop out half an avocado and roughly chop it.
- Cucumber: Peel the cucumber and chop a quarter of it.
- Celery: Chop one stalk of celery into manageable pieces.
2. Blend the Ingredients:
- Place the chopped carrot, ginger, avocado, cucumber, and celery into your blender.
3. Add the Liquids:
- Pour the 4 fl oz (120g) of apple juice over the vegetables in the blender.
4. Add Ice:
- Add the 4 ice cubes (90g) to the blender.
5. Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend all ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes depending on the strength of your blender.
