Instructions:

1. Prepare the Zucchini Noodles:

- Place the zucchini noodles in a large bowl and sprinkle with 1/2 tsp of salt. Toss to combine and let sit for about 10 minutes to allow excess moisture to be drawn out.
2. Season the Chicken:
- While the zucchini is resting, trim any excess fat from the chicken breasts. Season both sides with 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1/4 tsp of dried oregano.
3. Cook the Chicken:
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the skillet. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is fully cooked and has a golden-brown crust.
