Instructions:

2. Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup milk, 1 egg, and 1 tbsp melted butter until fully combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined, being careful not to overmix. The batter should be slightly lumpy.
3. Cook the Pancakes:
- Heat a non-stick frying pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a small amount of butter.
- Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges start to look set, about 2-3 minutes. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Repeat with the remaining batter, keeping cooked pancakes warm in a low oven if necessary.
4. Prepare the Chocolate Sauce:
- In a heatproof bowl, combine 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream and 1/3 cup milk chocolate.

5. Assemble the Pancakes:
